PRODUCTION FACILITIES
We always believe that the advanced facilities and perfect technologies are the premises for a high-quality product. Currently, we have 30 extrusion rods and sheets production lines, in which we designed the production facilities and molds,
ensuring constant product quality through precise automatic control. Before that, there were no similar extruding equipment sets in China. In the machining art, we innovatively tried a better high-temperature resistance inorganic coating,
which shows higher adaptability on materials instead of remaining traditional fluorocarbon coatings. Ten heatrelief equipment sets with an annual machining capacity of 2000 tons can ensure each batch has been relieved of sufficient
stress.
